The company was formed in 1927 in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and operated mainly domestic air services with French constructed aircraft. In the mid-thirties the fleet was modernized with American Lockheed L.10A Electra’s. After the German occupation of Yugoslavia the company was dissolved and succeeded by a new airline company after the war.
