Coming in the near future
In 2018, we published part 1 about the beginnings of Norway’s airlines. In 1912 the first airline Norsk Flyveselskap AS was formed, but it was not until after the First World War that things started to develop. In part 2 we describes all the airlines formed between 1923 and 1940 and with a special chapter about Widerøe’s Flyvelselskap AS (1934-1945) and Det Norske Luftfartselskap, Fred. Olsen & Bergenske. What were its plans, what planes and seaplanes did it use, who worked for the company and what was fate of the company? A book to look forward to.
