ABOUT THE WEBSHOP OF EUROPEAN AIRLINES ROB MULDER

We aim to maintain stock of each title so orders should be dispatched without delay however, we will advise you of any undue delay, particularly with titles from overseas publishers. In the case of forthcoming titles, we endeavor to include only titles that are due to be released within the next two months unless otherwise indicated.

All details are given in good faith however, due to the nature of publishing, publication dates may slip and prices may change and we therefore reserve the right to update prices accordingly. We reserve the right at any time prior to delivery of your order to adjust the price to consider any increase in the cost of raw materials due to the increase and/or fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.

All books are offered subject to availability: The presence of an item on our website does NOT guarantees its availability. If you wish to check on the availability of a particular title then please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise you accordingly. Titles are accepted into stock in the best possible condition and our excellent packing should ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchases. Payment Methods
All our prices are in Norwegian Crowns. We accept all major Debit, Credit Cards and PayPal. Norwegian citizens with a Norwegian bank account, can also transfer the amount in Norwegian Crowns, including postage. The account is: 280 114 99 114, European Airlines Rob Mulder. In addition, they can use VIPPS: xxxxx. On air shows and such, you can pay us by debit card, credit card and VIPPS.

We do not ship before payment has been received. We do not accept cheques.

Postage
We endeavor to keep our carriage charges as low as possible, but unfortunately, the Norwegian Post is not the cheapest in the world. 

We dispatch using Norwegian Mail Royal. We are able to deliver to PO Boxes, UK and abroad, but do not take responsibility for its delivery. Please ensure we have an up to date contact number and email address.

Please note that our Standard Norwegian delivery charges are for titles which are currently available. Forthcoming titles will be dispatched when available postage charged as below.

Worldwide:     10-15 working days

The delivery times stated are an indication only. However please note that there are a number of countries where we have experienced internal delays which are beyond our control in particular Russia and some countries in South America. Products that come back to us as undeliverable can be send again against prepayment of postage.

Return policy
If you would like to return the product, you can do so within 14 days after you have received the package. You then have another 14 days to return the product back to us: European Airlines Rob Mulder, Kunnskapsveien 24b, 3430 Spikkestad, Norway. In accordance with the law, you will have to pay for postage yourself. Use the same or new wrapping for the return of the book and make sure the product cannot be damaged during transport.

If we can see that the product has been used or the sealing has been broken, we have the right to return only a portion of the book’s value. E-books and downloaded products cannot be returned. If you regret buying the product, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. We will refund the cost of the product and the postage without questions asked.

Damaged product
If the item arrives damaged, has faults or defects, we will of course replace this at no extra cost to you. Contact us as soon as you have noticed the damage, fault or defect. Please submit photographic evidence.

Wrong product
It can of course happen that you have received another product than ordered. Please advise us urgently and return the book to us. Pay for the postage and we will refund the postage and send the correct product immediately.

Privacy Policy
Your information is safe with us! We do not sell or trade in customer details so any shopping you do with us is secure. Your name and address will not be passed on to third parties. From time to time we will e-mail you with details of new products and show dates.

If you do not wish to receive information from us, please return the e-mail and ask us to be removed from the mailing list.
